Welcome to Benjamin Logan High School

Benjamin Logan High School is a public, four-year comprehensive high school. The average student enrollment is 150 students per graduating class. Benjamin Logan is fully accredited by the State of Ohio Department of Education. It is a member of the consortium of local high schools comprising of the Ohio Hi-Point Career Center. Students may attend the career center on a full time or part time basis their junior and senior year, to enroll in specialized vocational programs.

jp Joel Penhorwood is a farm broadcaster and news reporter with Ohio Ag Net and Ohio’s Country Journal, in addition to helping out at the local radio station WPKO/WBLL. Joel graduated from Benjamin Logan in 2012 and stayed busy at The Ohio State University, where he graduated in 2016 with degrees in agricultural communication and aviation. He stays busy covering agricultural news across Ohio and the midwest for radio, print, and video purposes. When not at work, Joel and his wife Katie stay busy on their family’s farm near Bellefontaine where the newlyweds have corn, hay, and lots of fun.
